I'm a total beginner. Can I join?

Yes! Many of our workshops are beginner-friendly. Check the workshop's recommended experience level, or contact us if you're unsure.

When are workshops available?

Most workshops are available during our studio hours (Tuesday–Sunday, 11:00 AM–5:00 PM) by appointment. Some workshops are held only on selected dates.

How do I book a spot?

Select your preferred workshop and tap "Message on WhatsApp". We'll send you the available dates and payment details.

Can I reschedule my class?

Yes, rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before your appointment. Any changes made after that will result in the booking being forfeited. Please note that all class fees are non-refundable.

Do I need to bring any materials?

It depends on the workshop. If materials are included, there's nothing you need to bring. If not, you can either prepare your own or purchase them at our studio on the day of your workshop.

Can I change the yarns I purchase at your studio?

Yes, we offer color exchanges within the same brand. Please bring your receipt and unused yarn for the exchange. Kindly note that we do not provide return and refund.
